APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANCE BETWEEN THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND LISA AZAR
Description
Ms. Azar will be providing certified occupational therapy assistance of Oak Park School for the 2008 school year. Due to the high demand of Ms. Azar's services, her contracted amount exceeded the $25,000 amount requiring School Board approval.
Recommendation
That the contract for certified occupational therapy assistance between the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida, and Lisa Azar, in the amount of $33,600.00, be approved as presented.
